South Vancouver Island Warbler (1 Viewer)

Having a bit of trouble with this warbler. It is a bit back-lit and screened which doesn't help.

Legs are clearly orange / red and looks like it has a bit of a light white ring around the eye. Under the tail seems yellow, chest to throat seems whiter, but it's tough.

Any thoughts?
