Jenautics are not fakes.

So, it looks like this binocular is not a true Zeiss, but a fake, fraud as they never did sell this
model, Jenautic, it does not exist except in the fake area.

This is a good one for discussion.

I have seen a number of the Jenautic 7x50 in my workshop over the years and they are definitely not fakes. The components are exactly the same as Jenoptem 7x50. I don't know what market they were made for or why the name change but they are genuine Jena products.
I have now been in the repairing business since 1963 and still not happy to consider retiring.
