Not convinced on firecrest for 60. Anyone have any other oideas?

Somebody must be able to solve 57. I must admit I have absolutely no idea on that one despite wracking my brains for days on it. If anyone has an idea please explain how you got to it (unless it is Bl**ding obvious) for my thick skull

57 - a bit off the wall... Which one = Who, weed = Poe (a marijuana activist in Philly), so Hoopoe. Hmmm. Even I'm not convinced... :)

Re 56, the "Brass" has a leading capital, so Brass Section or Band, which is where you'll find the horn.

Yes I got there in the end. I had figured the bill bit out but didn't connect brass and horn.

57. Hmm...... I also think the answer may be Hoopoe I was thinking who for which one also but just cant seem to connect it to Hoopoe. As a lot of these came from a pub quiz in UK the reference does seem a bit obscure. I think the answer may be correct but not necessarily the reasoning?

As I said at the start I will go with the nearest to my guesses or the most imaginative on these last few and at the moment you qualify on both counts!!

Anyone any more ideas on 60. I think I have worked it out but all ideas welcome

60 Which one = who Weed = toilet=poo Surely not?? Definitely clutching at straws here............(also probably showing the level of my sense of humour too)
