Are these spiders two different species or a male and female of the same species? Any help will be appreciated.

These are an adult male and female wolf spider (Lycosidae). Presumably they're the same species but it's hard to be sure because there are many species and many are very similar.

Spider Size

Hard to determine by the picture if the spiders are the same species. Many spider species do exhibit sexual dimorphism, so the size difference might point to the fact that they are male and female.
