The patagial bar, and the belly band mean red tail, even with no red tail. Spectacular photo!

Great photo! I'm going to go way out on a Red-tailed ID limb - maybe an Eastern Red-tailed or juvenile Western due to the white throat, faintly marked underwing coverts and modestly marked bellyband?
