So at this great altitude the choices should be pretty limited. I already got Andean Gulls in the air so was hoping perhaps for more like a stray King Vulture or some such ;) Nonetheless w/o appropriate shame I submit these two photos of this bird (sure of that) on the water. Appreciate your thoughts team.

Don't see much in these photos, but given where you are, I think Andean Teal is pretty likely.
