Here is the information of this bird. Any help appreciated:
"One from the archives:
This bird was photographed in Bonavista, Newfoundland in August of 1995. It was thought to be a Eurasian variety of Kite (i.e. Red or Black Kite) at that time but was never conclusively identified.
Any thoughts with this new digitized form, of what were previously only in slide form?"
