Found the first two specimens in a mixed pile of logs, combination of beech, birch and corsican pine. The third was found on a very decayed and blackened trunk with pine, beech and silver birch in the immediate area. Cap size was approx 1 inch on the third specimen.

Any help would be really appreciated.

Hi Dave,

The first is Psathyrella sp., I'm not sure which one but maybe P.piluliformis?

Number 2 should be Lycoperdon pyriforme

Number 3 is Gymnopilus penetrans

Cheers,
Nick
