Hi,
The goose shown in the image attachment hangs out with a small group of greylag geese which has as one of its group a snow goose (rumoured to have been captivity bred in a domestic collection originally) Can anybody tell me what this bird is exactly -is it a snowgooseXgreylag ? Thanks.

Sandy

It's a leucistic Greylag, leucism being a genetic condition where there is less pigmentation.

Thanks for the info
