Finally! 8x42HD Coming! (1 Viewer)

Okay. I have really shot myself in the foot on this one. I ALWAYS get the "MeoStar" and "MeoPro" line names backwards. I thought this was the harbinger of the anticipated HD line of MEOSTARs. Still...glad to see updating of any line with new technologies, but now the prices seem a tad high for the lower line, whereas before they seemed REALLY GOOD for the HD line of MeoStars...

At $849.99 that is a $400.00 increase in price if they are MeoPros. The current 8x42 MeoPro sells at Camera Land for $449.00. The equiv. non HD MeoStar sells for $999.00. No specs are given.

FWIW, the 10x42 HD MeoPro is about 3 ounces lighter and lists for $1034.99 and it has a wider FOV than the 10x42 HD Meostar which sells for $1199.99 at Camera Land.
