Bit confused with this -a bush warbler or an acro?

Taken in Sindh Late last week.

Neither, it's a phylloscopus warbler, either a tristis Chiffchaff or a Mountain Chiffchaff but difficult from these images to get a handle on plumage tones. In a rush so will take proper look later when I get home.

Mountain Chiffchaff looks like a good call.

Mountain Chiffchaff was and remains my preferred option, but without better quality images I will reserve judgement either way.

Baffled, why so? Both species exhibit extensive warm brown tones, in particular, on completion of body moult. Appearance also varies according to wear, not to mention the vagaries that lighting and digital photography play. https://search.macaulaylibrary.org/catalog?taxonCode=mouchi2
