Hello everyone! My name is Tania and I am from Waterlooville, UK. I am very new to the website and quite new to the birding. Last summer I put a small bird feeder in my garden to be able to take photos of the birds, and got hooked. I’m totally fascinated by these beautiful creatures. Last year I had only a couple of birds visits a day, but now it seems like I’m working just to satisfy the appetites of the local bird population with nice food. I feel sorry for them all and feeding all those starling is not a cheap hobby 😊

Over the last few weeks I started building a relationship with the local raven and I’m trying to find ways to spoil my new friend.

I’m happy to find this forum and see that I’m not the only one crazy about birds.

Hi Tania and a warm welcome to you from all the Staff and Moderators.

I'm sure you will enjoy it here and I look forward to hearing your news.

Your young Starlings may move off into the countryside shortly. But.... wait.... there'll be another lot leaving the nest very shortly!!

Welcome to BirdForum from another Hampshire Hog! I am sure you will find lots to interest you here, and I hope you enjoy your visits.
