Kowa 773 vs. Meopta S2 (1 Viewer)

Unlike the Meopta S2 HD, the Kowa 770 is not apo, only the 880 and the 550 series are.

The use of fluorite crystal in the Kowa 880 and 550 series is not a prerequisite for apochromatic correction. Both Meopta S2 and Kowa 773/774 use low dispersion glass elements in their objectives.

IMO, the Kowa 88 is the finest spotter available. Give a call, 516-217-1000, happy to discuss optics with you
