Kite from Ukraine ? (1 Viewer)

Hi to All!
Help please with this Kite if it is possible. It is looks like a Black Kite, but primaries is to whitish (IMHO) for Black Kite. Could it be a hybrid? I saw him (15.08.2017), Western Ukraine.

some Black Kites (more in eastern populations) show extensive white primary windows, still a normal Black Kite with such a brown upper tail

I have never seen a Black Kite, in my region, with so pale primaries... and I have never seen an adult hybrid Kites (Black x Red), may be You could tell me, how must they appears..?
