1. Norther Flicker - looks like a pure red-shafted type.
2. Chipping Sparrow.
3. Probably both Ring-billed Gulls.
4. Cinnamon Teal.
5. Willet.

Agreed. For #5, body seems too large compared to the nearby ducks to be a Greater Yellowlegs, plus the bill seems thick and somewhat pale-based.
 
The darker wings are just wrong for a Willet and the bill does not look thick to me. What species are the ducks in the last photo? Teals?
