Spotted those 3 birds in Lumpini Park on the weekend.
Not sure about [1] but [2] and [3] look like starlings or mynas.

Hi C,

First is a White wagtail - a lovely sub-sp leucopsis.

2 is Black-collared starling

3 is Asian pied starling.H
 
You're right on 2 & 3!

1 White Wagtail Motacilla alba leucopsis M, Non-breeding
2 Black-collard Starling Gracupica nigricollis
3. Asian Pied Starling Gracupica contra What a beauty!
