I have seen all the threads on here regarding poor service from Nikon UK, and the quality of their warranty compared to the US.
Anyway, I have a Fieldscope eyepiece where the metal collar on the twist and turn eyecup had split.
Emailed their service department, had a response in a couple of hours, and a new collar FOC by return of post!
