Best style of adaptor for switching back and forth? (1 Viewer)

Hey, just wondering if you find one style of adaptor quickest for switching back and forth, say for flying birds like hawks/gulls where you are scoping, want to peal off a few shots, switch back and refocus, peel off a few more shots. Any thoughts?

Thanks,

Curt
