Any alternative to the DMW-LA3 adapter? (1 Viewer)

I ordered yesterday the Tcon17 for my pana fz28 (I live in the US). Only problem I could not find a DMW-LA3 adapter on Adorama or Bh photo (out of stock). On amazon, they propose a new (an cheaper) adapter, the janco, for about $10

Any idea if this adapter real works? I guess I could buy it anyway and return it if it does not fit, but any advise would be appreciated!

For $30, on amazon, they have a DMW-LA3 E. What's the difference with the DMW-LA3?
