Dear people,

I've no idea which raptor this could be. Is it an Accipiter?
Sorry for the bad picture. I hope it's enough for the identification.

The observation was on 8 July in Campo Grande, Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil.

What is it?

Kind regards,
William

Juvenile Roadside Hawk?

Yep, I'd go for that as a decent starting point.

Was in the Pantanal a month or two ago, with loads of raptors to sort out... but the contrast between vertical barring on the upper breast and horizontal on the lower (on a fairly small, compact hawk) was always a good pointer to Roadside Hawk.
