Bird ID in Northern Norway (1 Viewer)

Hello.

I would like to know if these pictures are enough to identify this bird. They were taken in Alta, Norway, past August. I was not able to take a better shot, and I had to crop a lot in second one, sorry.

Maybe it's a young bird but I'm not able ti identify what it is.

Thank you.

Agree to Tree Pipit for the second image, the first head on photo threw me a bit - thought it looked like something else completely.

I'm so sorry...

After reading your answers I went to the EXIF data, to see when the pictures were taken, and they are different birds.

I saw a bluethroat not far from the one in the first picture, so that makes sense. And I know the second picture is very bad and is cropped a lot; will wait for other opinions.

Thanks.
