Seedeater Guanacaste, Costa Rica (1 Viewer)

I was so distracted by the roseate spoonbill and great egrets on my riverbank this morning that I hardly noticed this tiny bird. I think that it is a white-collared seedeater, but it seemed larger than the local little variables that are around.
Please help--not a great shot, but sufficient, I'm sure, for the experts.
Thanks

I'd say you are correct with White-collared Seedeater. The new CR field guide (Garrigues & Dean) says it is "the only CR seedeater with wing bars".
