Small gray/yellow bird, Gulf Coast of TX

I'm having a lot of trouble with this little bird. Photos were taken Dec. 09 at Aransas NWR, which is about at the bend in the coastline 1/3 of the way up the Texas Gulf Coastline. Thanks for any help.

That's an Orange-crowned Warbler. Not too sure if it's a western or an eastern race though. I'd plumb for western.

Thanks, Bird Hard 2! You've just added a species to my life list. Living in the far Western U.S., I don't think in terms of warblers - I always beat my head against the flycatchers and vireos. Now that you've shown the way, confirmation is relatively easy.
