Does anyone have any views on Opticron Imagic GKA bins?

I know someone who might be selling a pair, but there are so many Opticron models I can't quite work out if these would be a good buy or not!

GKA?? Do you mean BGA or TGA ??? Are they roofs or porros?

They are porros - I was puzzled by the GKA because I can't find any mention anywhere. I had thought perhaps it was an old model. They are rubber coated (? armoured), wide angle eye piece I think... Alleged to have cost best part of £300 new. I shall have to go back to my source and get more info!

Hi Paul.
Check www.opticron.co.uk for the latest Imagic Porros. These have twist up eyecups, sufficient eye relief for spec wearers and some level of waterproofing specified.
Also check the "Specials" section of www.warehouseexpress.com for some good current prices.
