Desert Southwest

I am especially fond of hawks and falcons here in the US desert southwest. I owned a blue front Amazon for 21 years before she passed on. I guess I've been watching all kinds of birds as an amatuer for years. Hope to start doing watercolor of various local species.

Hi Terascot,

Welcome to Birdforum.

You have picked the right area for your love of Hawks etc, I still prefer garden birds to all others.

Hi, neighbor, and welcome to BirdForum! ;)

Hope you consider uploading your watercolors to our Gallery. It's for artists of all media, not just photography. Enjoy the site!
