Bill reminds me more of a flycatcher. Vermilion F would usually show more of a black mask, but can it be angle that makes us not see that?

I would expect to be able to see gray flanks if the HeTa.

I think it's probably hepatic—definitely a tanager. Can't see the bill very well, but I can see some grey on the cheek. Haven't checked range/location but this should rule out the other tanager candidate [i.e. summer since wings not dark so can't be scarlet].

Hepatic, Summer & Western are the only Tanagers reported in this location with Summer being the least common. I will check the 3-4 additional pics I have and will upload later today if they provide a different angle
