L. a Argentatus? D&G, UK (1 Viewer)

Saw this gull on the 28/29th Dec 2010 at Loch Ryan, but haven't been able to sort a definate ID. The dark mantle made me think a scandinavian bird but then seeing the lack of white in primaries got me confused.

Could it be a sub-adult (4th winter?) or a dark argenteus?

Any comments greatly appreciated,

Gavin
