Did this Prat take a deep dip in an oil spill or is it a species I've not yet seen?

Yes, and sadly there were more.
I checked some of the pics and some of the 16 prats had oil, not as bad as this one though.
And yesterday I saw at least one Little Stint (need to check that from the pics) that tried to clean oil off.

Not sure where these guys are migrating from, but somewhere down there is a mess it seems.....
