Marsh Harrier - ID please?

Is this a Marsh Harrier?

taken yesterday - SW France - coastal marshes

bigger (and wingspan), than the (common) Buzzards which we have in France

to me it has all the markings etc., to be a Marsh Harrier, but it would be good if you experts could confirm
