This female goshawk appeared from behind some trees very close to me.
Prior to that, a large flock of crows flew over, so I was prepared with the camera when the goshawk appeared. She is backlit, but seems to work with light-colored birds.

I THINK this is a Brown Goshawk, but it could also be a female Collared Sparrowhawk. What do you think? It was almost as large as the female Brown Falcon that you'll see in the next photograph that I'll upload.
