The bird had decided that the photographer was too slow to be a threat, and took interest in a moving straw instead.
This is not the same bird as "Sedge Warbler 1". It is from the south end of the lake where the mist had started to go away.
I could see 2 Pipits constantly going down from a fence off the road to feed their young. An amazing place to nest, but great to get close ups of the pipits with food in their beaks.
