I was on a short trip to Japan and visited few ponds in the city of Tokyo. I got some close shots of Mallards. This Male had the entire pond to itself and its female companion ;)
I think this is just another hybrid Mallard, anyway take a look at her brood. This is a continuation of my posting of strange and unusual Mallards. This image was captured at the same lake as the first four Mallards I have posted earlier.
We must have some of the most promiscuous ducks alive on our little lake here in Nashville. This post is in addition to the three I posted yesterday. All seem to be hybrids.
