autumn leaves

Some time ago , my sister and I went for a walk in a large forest near Quimperl. It was very cold but very bright and sunny. Most trees had lost their leaves. I noticed those few last ones still clinging on to their twigs.

Nice and cold morning and i liked the red leaves and the setting.

The sun does sometimes shine here! This is the footpath along the River Ericht in Blairgowrie - I thought it looked delightful that day with the leaves changing into their autumn colours.

Same view i shot some weeks ago when it was all green and cloudy. This was my last chance,most of the leaves are covering the ground now.
