We're in Norfolk this week so I thought I'd post one from last evening at Titchwell. The last hour or so of light was glorious!

I am always interested in interesting flight formations, created by birds. Yesterday at Martinmere, 43 Avocets, spooked by two hunting Marsh harriers, flew around putting on a good show. This is a massive crop and I have enhanced the colours a little, but I just love the pattern they have...
