    Terrible photo, but hope someone can ID. Along a forest river in Bali, at 700 meter. Breast was mostly yellow. A clear white fluffy throat. Frequent loud screeching call.

    This bird was living the easy life at the hotel by fishing using bread as bait that was thrown into the various ponds in the grounds by guests feeding the fish. This was taken as it was chilling out after a large breakfast of four or five fish from the pool next to the restaurant.
