You'll be seeing more of this one, just one of four lifers for me this past weekend. I took a leap and went out on a boat ride off the coast of Ft. Bragg. Lucky for me the ocean was pretty calm. I'll stick to the lake from now on but I did enjoy this one-in-a-lifetime trip.

The albatross has been following our Cruise ship all the way from Hawaii to Vancouver. Most of them are the Black-fotted, but on Day 2 there are some Laysan.
When a few albatross followed the Ship all day I had to take a few photographs. This was the day before we crossed the Date Line so the next day was also 24 March 2007!
