This morning there were so many birds passing through on my property. This is the first time that I think that I have seen a B-hV*, so to get a shot and on my property on the same day that I saw that awesome Bald Eagle Flyover...what a great day for birding!
* OK now I realize from the All...
I finially updated my bird guides with Sibley's Guide to Birds and the other on Bird Life and Behavior. My other field guides all called this a Solitary Vireo. I guess this kind of dates me.
It's always nice to get a new lifer at home, and one that poses so well. It all came together that day, and 5 minutes later I got a another surprise that I will post another day.
