One field I visit has been full of juvenile Bluebirds all Summer, and I noticed groups hanging out at nest boxes. I assume they were siblings, and that may be the case here.

I took this today and noticed a strange look on their faces. Later I found that they had lost their brood. The last one was hanging out of the nesting box and looked as if something had killed it. The had three eggs and were pretty good about keep other birds away from the nest. I think I was...
Guess I deserve this look, taking photos when the feeder was empty on a frosty morning. After I saw this on the camera I filled up the feeder. That stern look did the trick.
