tight rope walking from below.
The string that was holding a shrub under control, was taken apart by this bluetit.. He worked hard filling the nearby nest box. Took too many snaps of this chap but not great photos. Too dull an evening and too far away.- Ed Goutcher

Bright eyed little Bluetit
One of my few pic swith a relatively uncluttered background!!!.I also just love his bright eyes and plumage.Around 12 of these little ones in the reserve feeding from fatballd and scattered seed.I guess it is the icy weather which has brought more to the fat balls.Lots of aggro from the resident...- christineredgate

We had some sunshine!!!
Yes the sun shone all afternoon,and this little chappie showed off his beautiful bright plumage.All I have done to this shot is a crop and resize,no sharpening,etc,so now I am not sure as to whether or not to keep this lens as opposed to the 400(in the repair shop).- christineredgate
