He must have been shouting for help it realy was a full Blizzard, I had a few clicks of the shutter before this one locked on.

This Brambling arrived in my garden during the recent winter wonderland in Scotland. My first sighting of this species although Linda saw one a couple of years ago in the garden. I thought it appropriate for this years seasonal greeting.

The hard weather has it's good pionts still good numbers of Brambling visiting the Garden

On the ground below the feeders the bird blends with the old leaves.

This bird has been in the garden all day, I hope he stays for the winter

Spent an hour or so looking for a Woodcock and these popped by.

Lots of Bramblings visiting my Feeders a welcome visitor, With a foot of Snow still lying in the Garden Birdseed supplies are being hit hard, with some firms stopping deliveries to Scotland because of holdups tough times may lie ahead for the Birds.

Heavy Snow falling agian to-day 12 Wood pigeons a Pheasant and about 60 small birds at the Feeders tough times for our Feathered Friends.
