    Thank you for your nice comments on my image of a snow bunting. Here is a view taken from a tiny headland about ten minutes'drive from my home on the last day of the year. Great weather for a walk.

I was walking round a lake which is right in town within the mandatory one-kilometre perimeter from my home (lockdown rules at the time) when I saw a few cormorants perched on a tree branch...

    This is a shot of the river Blavet ,just a few kilometres away from where it opens out into the sea at Lorient.There is a wide tow-path on one side and this place is popular with local people who choose to come here for their Sunday afternoon stroll.
