    All in brown

The pretty Brown Cuckoo-Dove made a return visit, I'd first seen him here at this forest waterhole on my first day out with Hans. He really seems to tone in well with the forest floor, doesn't he. It's the only cuckoo-dove to be found in Australia.

I love my brown cuckoo-doves! He has recently returned to my garden... perhaps they both disappeared a while to nest, but he seems to be alone for the moment.
