This is a rare owl in the region where I reside. I want experienced photographers to help me how to reduce the noise in this pic. Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately my day in Yala National Park, Sri Lanka, was a very wet affair. It rained for most of the day. The result was that the birds were very soggy!. This did mean that they were reluctant to fly, so that photography was possible. This is the result!

I have taken this photo near to Gaz river in Hormozgan province ( Iran).This bird is of the semenowi sunbspecies, which occured from Turkey to western India. This subspecies is more brighlty coloured than the other subspecies
