After years of walking the country side I have never managed a perched Buzzard shot. Today I decided to have a walk around a residential area and industrial estate looking for winter thrushes. This guy turned up on a lamp post right outside of the local Sainsbury's supermarket.

Well Peeps, We are in a B&B out on the boonies, very little internet connection, it could go before I type this. Wet here today, so I will attempt to post a couple of pics real quick. Sorry I have been missing all your lovely bird shots, due to the lack of internet.

Well Peeps, I had a stroll around the spread yesterday morning, not a lot of action anywhere early on. We went out with folk and did the family thing, shops (I hate em) and had lunch, and came back to the ranch. I got meself set up in the area of the old dead tree, tucked...

This guy has taken up residence in a field behind a friends house,but just a little too far away for a close up shot.He has been around for about a week.

It was making such a lot of noise as it was being mobbed ny crows but I really needed a longer lens.
