A quite natural looking Rock Pigeon waiting for the next car at the parking lot to see if there will be some hand-outs. When the Shearwaters are too far away to be photographed, well, then you photograph a Rock Pigeon!

While working at home, I noticed a small sparrow visiting the seed outside my window and was delighted to find it was a CLAY-COLORED SPARROW. This is a rare migrant here in California.
