This picture was taken a while ago .. when i was with my carer. the buzzard i believe it is a female it looked slightly bigger than what i normally see. there was another around somewhere.

Spotted this perched in a tree by the road, enroute to Draycote. Usually they fly off if I ever turn around, but I thought I'd chance it anyway.
Sat there for a few seconds, until the warning chatter of a nearby wren (probably disturbed by my car) encouraged it to take flight. Fantastic looking...
Another one of the juvenile buzzard I stalked for a couple of days recently in Somerset. The preferred perching place was by a water centre, which was fenced off, meaning my shots had to be taken through a wire fence. Still, just watching the bird was great.
