Normally seen on treetops, this myna was walking down a rockface. Smart birds. They are very good mimics.

Two Common (Indian) Mynas flew across and up into a rather distant tree, so not a great picture I'm afraid. One of the few introduced species I saw in the whole of Australia! I'm counting it as a Lifer though, perhaps the purists will frown.;)

although very common as the name implies and not a new species for me I really like these birds. I guess considered by many to be somewhat of a trash bird I still find them quite attractive, probably because we don't have them at home...

A family of mynas gather in the afternoon sun. Imported to Hawaii from India in the 1800's , these birds can be found everywhere.
