common toad

The agent did warn me: low ceiling!

That guy seems to have the right idea about how to get about. ;)

No birds for a while too bussy working, so heres a Toad form a few weeks ago at Warton Lancs.

Mr Toad of Toad Hall.the 1st shot I have taken of one of these guys.He was on a path in the reserve ,on his way through the brambles to the water.

Just a couple of Toads doing what comes naturally.

Found this chap sitting on my lawnmower half way through cutting the grass yesterday. Much better than finding body parts in the clippings... ;) ;)

Was sat in the forest when i heard a quack,quack sound,along came this toad with partner slowly walking towards me. The log i was sitting on made a nice perch for the toad so it was just a matter of time waiting for it to come over the top.

Found this toad walking across my lawn last summer. It was most co-operative and posed for some photos before going on it's way.
