Cracking views of the very confiding Hudsonian Whimbrel at Perranuthnoe on Saturday morning, well worth the scramble across the rocks to get to it. It seems to have a problem with its left leg though. Not seen the red mark on previous shots
On bright stormy days i head down to Pendeen, low down on the cliff to photo seabirds as they pass close by. These two Manx Shearwaters were amongst the hundreds of birds passing this day. Lightly sharpened and cropped in Photoshop.
I found this grass snake in an icy river in cornwall. I decided as it was getting colder that I would move him to the warmer riverbank. On later inspection he was sliding into a hole.
