Following yesterday's posted image the green eyed beauty decided to go for a swim and still show off that beautiful eye.

I never did find out whether the cormorant was able to eat this fish.

This group is sitting on a water gate to one of the ponds at Eagle Lakes Park, Naples, Florida.

Fast flyers and great swimmers. They're pretty good at fishing too.

I'm never disappointed when I stop at the Pier. They are always there.

I was very pleased that this Cormorant was unusually co-operative when I tried to take its picture. I always thought of Cormorants as being overly paranoid birds. They sit peacefully but as soon as you even look at them they fly away.

I got too close to this one and he took off on me. He said he didn't trust anyone walking around and carrying one of those big white pipes.
